AECT: Association for Educational Communications and Technology 主題:教學設計,遠距教學,多媒體設計,教科相關研究與理論,教育學程,中小學媒體科技,教育訓練。這是教學科技領域最重要也最為相關的會議。 Deadline: 每年2月1日是第一次投稿截止日,3月15是第二次投稿截止日 會議時間:10月中旬 E-Learning: World Conference on E-Learning in Corpporate, Government, Healthcare, & Higher Education 主題:與教學科技相關,包括高等與中小學教育的資訊整合,圖書館博物館也在討論範圍之內 Deadline:4月28日截止 會議時間:10月底 AERA: American Educational Research Association 主題:所有跟教育相關的主題都包含在內,包括教育心理,教學評量,教育行政等等 Deadline:每年8月1 日截止.必須包括完整的研究內容,不能只有proposal 會議時間:4月中旬 SITE: Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education 主題:師資培育與資訊科技。教學科技有很大一部份在探討中小學科技整合，SITE專門討論這些主題。 Deadline:第一次是10月18日,第二次是12月15日 會議時間:3月初 CSCL:Computer Supported Collaborative Learning 主題:與線上學習社區有關 Deadline:11月21日 會議時間:6月(雙年舉辦一次,今年在台灣舉行) EDMEDIA: World Conference on Educational Multimedia, Hypermedia & Telecommunications 主題:看就知道了吧..與多媒體和資訊科技相關的主題都會在此探論，但比較著重已開發的軟體應用。 Deadline:第一次截止是12月24日(聖誕夜耶！)，第2次是3月31日 會議時間:6月底 有志者把握時間,快點投稿吧!
COMMENT: 請問自己寫的lit review投這些conference，接受率高嗎？還是一定要study，他們才接受。 因為目前還沒有自己的研究，只能寫寫lit review又很想發表，不知道哪些會議較適合。請站 長推薦，感激不盡，謝謝。 ｋ
COMMENT: Sorry, it's me again. I'm a doctoral student specilizing in Educational technology. But actually my program is under educational psychology. Thus, we share lots of cores with Ed Psy. Because of these courses, I find my hidden interests in quantitative research experiment design. I even thought of transferring to that program. If possible, I hope to find a faculty job in the states and work here for a couple of years before I go back to Taiwan. I really like to have a your suggestions and opinions about the possibility of finding a faculty job in quantitative educational res. I am sorry to ask you such a question, but I hope to have advice from professionals. And you are the one. Thanks~~ Karen
COMMENT: Lit review當然也可以投。你可以看看conference proposal guideline,通常會分很多組，有的就是專門讓lit review發匚的。 As for your question, I think you should check the chronicle web site: http://chronicle.com/jobs/100/ You can find the current faculty positions in different educational areas. Shiangkwei

COMMENT: hi, Shiangkw, Thank you so much. Due to your suggestions, I submitted two of my lit reviews for E-learn of AACE. Fortunately, they were both accepted. The website says only presented papers will be published in the proceedings. Does that mean I have to go to the conference in person or they are not going to publish my review? This year the conference is held in Wakiki beach, Hawaii. It would be an expensive flight. How do you think about the conference? Is it a nice one? Do you think it is worth attending? COMMENT: Hi, Congradulation!! I'll present at e-learn as well, and it will be an expensive trip... I guess you need to contact e-learn to figure out the proceeding thing, I'm not sure. If you're interested in IT in higher education, training issues in military/corporation/government then it's a great conference for you. Shiangkwei
